Micro-finance products are those products which are used to empowering the living standard of rural poor people by the micro-finance institutions. Financial products are at the heart of a financial service provider's business - they are what is "sold" to clients. Like any other business, therefore, a financial service provider must be market-driven and aim to identify and meet customers' needs on a profitable basis. MFIs are those, which provide thrift, credit and other financial services and products of very small amounts, mainly to the poor, in rural, semi-urban or urban areas for enabling them to raise their income level and improve livelihood standards. In the present investigation of two MFIs Sanchetna and Nirmaan Bharati in both the MFIs the interest rate charged by Sanchetna Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is 15% in flat form 46 weeks and 29% in fixed form for 32 weeks but the interest rate charged by Nirmaan Bharati is 15.6% in flat form for 50 weeks in first cycle borrowers loan amount 3,200 but the interest rate charged by Nirmaan Bharati is 15.9% flat form for 50 weeks in second cycle borrowers loan amount 10,000.
