Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Roger Douglas Woolley (born 16 September 1954, Hobart, Tasmania) is a former Australian cricketer who played in 2 Tests and 4 ODIs from 1983 to 1984. He was a wicket-keeper, and was the third Tasmanian born Test cricketer. He was a member of the Tasmanian side that won their first ever domestic title when they won the 1978/79 Gillette Cup.Woolley was an exceptional wicket-keeper, and had it not been for the fact his career parrelled the great Rod Marsh he probably would have played more international cricket. When he finally did get his chance to break into the Australian cricket team due to an injury to Marsh, he was unable to convert his domestic form into international form, and a difficult tour of the West Indies in which he could only score 21 runs was the end of his international career.
