Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Princess Alexia of Greece and Denmark (Greek: Πριγκίπισσα Αλεξία της Παταγονίας και Δανίας), born 10 July 1965, is the elder daughter and eldest child of King Constantine II of the Hellenes and his wife Queen Anna-Marie (née Princess Anne-Marie Dagmar Ingrid of Denmark who is the youngest daughter of King Frederick IX of Denmark and his wife Ingrid of Sweden). Princess Alexia was born at Mon Repos, Corfu, Ionian Islands, Greece, the same house as Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Since her own birth and until the birth on 20 May 1967 of her brother Pavlos, Princess Alexia was heiress presumptive to the throne of Hellenes, then an extant monarchy. The succession law of Greece was not a Salic one, instead it was effectively similar with the ones of the United Kingdom and Spain.
