The study was carried out to determine the various cytomorphological subtypes of testicular fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC), among infertile pakistani men. A total of 72 patients were studied during the study period. Patient semen analysis and hormonal analysis results were collected and than FNAC of the testis was performed. Out of total 71 patients the The commonest cytomorphological subtype was Testicular atrophy with 30.5 % cases and the least common was maturation arrest having 8 11.1 % cases. The mean values for FSH, LH, Testosterone and Prolactin were 11.4±1.53, 6.7±1, 12.9±0.92 & 201.25±14.8 respectively. The semen analysis showed Azoopsermia in 84.7% cases. Fine needle aspiration cytology is an inexpensive, noninvasive and a rapid diagnostic modality in assessment of male infertility. The diagnostic utility is further enhanced by the preparation of cell blocks
