The study was undertaken in five major districts of Marathwada region namely Jalna, Aurangabad, Beed, Latur and Nanded. Based on the findings of the study certain recommendations were proposed in the end to bridge the gap between automobile manufacturers, dealers and customers. This book will also help the automobile companies in understanding the customer perceptions and developing innovative strategies to capture major market share and outshining themselves in respect to other competitors available.
