Pennsylvania Route 419 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The route runs from U.S. Route 322 in West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County north to Pennsylvania Route 183 in Bethel Township, Berks County.Pennsylvania Route 419 heads east from US 322 on Main Street. It passes through the village of Quentin, where it intersects Pennsylvania Route 72. It heads east through the borough of Cornwall and South Lebanon Township on Schaeffer Road before entering Heidelberg Township, where it passes through the village of Schaefferstown. In Schaefferstown, Pennsylvania Route 419 merges onto Pennsylvania Route 897 (Main Street). Pennsylvania Route 501 also joins the two roads for a brief time. Pennsylvania Route 419 eventually splits from PA 897 by heading north on Market Street.
