Cleo Higgins (born Cleopatra Madonna Higgins, 30 April 1982, Manchester, England) is an English R&B/soul and pop singer, dancer, songwriter and actress. Higgins is the lead singer of the girl group, Cleopatra. Since leaving Cleopatra, Higgins has released her debut single "Feelin' Like This" and is currently working on her debut album. Higgins has recorded two duets with tenor Russell Watson. The first duet "Someone Like You" was featured on Watson's multi-platinum debut album The Voice and topped the U.S classical charts. She performed the duet both on tour with Watson, and on the National Lottery, at which time she was five months pregnant with her first child, Chika. Higgins and Watson collaborated again with a track called "The Best That Love Can Be", on his third album, Reprise.
