Currently, the way manufacturers who sell their products through storesretailers and wholesale companies have no visibility into who theirfinal consumers. Making this information available to these companies can bea great benefit, as businesses would have the knowledge of the consumer profilefinal predominant in each region, and thus could take strategic decisionsbased on this information. The objective of this work is to collect the age, gender, theaddress, place of withdrawal of the product and time of withdrawal of the product. To collectthe data, an e-commerce will be used, with an aggregate gamification systemto encourage the use of the system, and will also implement the click strategyand remove, which gives the user the possibility to choose the place of withdrawal of the product.The data will be stored so that they can be extracted from the bank and computedby the customer.
