Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Roger Anger (24 March 1923 – 15 January 2008) was a French architect. He was the architect on the Auroville project, designed by Mirra Alfassa and financed by UNESCO. He also collaborated many times with Pierre Puccinelli, notably on the Île Verte in Grenoble. His wife Jacqueline still lives in the Château de Crestet in Vaucluse. The Vaucluse (French pronunciation: [vokˈlyz]; Occitan: Vauclusa in classical norm or Vau-Cluso in Mistralian norm) is a department in the southeast of France, named after the famous spring, the Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. Vaucluse was created on 12 August 1793 out of parts of the departments of Bouches-du-Rhône, Drôme, and Basses-Alpes (later renamed Alpes-de-Haute-Provence). The then rural department was, like the nearby city of Lyon, a hotbed of the French Resistance in World War II.
